Ukraine will only sit at the negotiating table with Russia to discuss its capitulation - Reznikov

This was stated by Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, theInterfax-Ukraine news agency has reported.

According to the minister, Ukraine is ready to discuss only reparations and capitulation of Russia. And also the verdict of the international tribunal.

I think they clearly understand that we are not planning to sit at the negotiating table. First of all, because our President has clearly said that no one from Ukraine will sit down at the negotiating table with those who are in charge of the Kremlin. Second, we will sit down at the negotiating table when we will discuss reparations, con-tributions from the Russian Federation in Ukraine's interests and how to implement the verdict of an international tribunal that will be established," the minister said.

Furthermore, Reznikov assured that the topic of peace talks is not being discussed for the time being.

We shall remind you that today Russian invaders carried out a massive shelling of Ukrainian towns. As a result, residential buildings were destroyed and dozens of civilians were killed.
