Ukraine not involved in Kremlin attack - Nikiforov
The presidential office responded to Moscow's accusations of orchestrating an attack on the Kremlin by saying that Ukraine had no information about the event.
Presidential speaker Serhiy Nikiforov said this in a commentary to Ukrayinska Pravda.
