Ukraine may resume civilian flights

This was reported by French Transport Minister Clément Bon in an interview with European Pravda.

According to the French official, Ukraine is working hard to open airspace for civil planes.

This is actually a very necessary thing. The moment when civil aviation will be restored over Ukraine, I hope, will come as soon as possible. And if the aviators don't have practice, they will not be allowed to resume operations immediately, according to safety rules. So we are helping Ukraine to prepare for the moment when your airspace will be open, fully or partially.

Already now Ukrainians are training on simulators in France. Ukraine and France have expanded their cooperation in aviation field.

It is worth noting that from 24 February 2022, the airspace in Ukraine will be completely closed to civil planes.
