The government decided to privatize such companies as Ukrnafta PJSC, Ukrtatnafta PJSC, Motor Sich JSC, AvtoKrAZ PJSC and Zaporizhtransformator PJSC, all owned by Ukrainian oligarchs Konstantin Zhevago, Igor Kolomoysky, Vyacheslav Boguslayev and Konstantin Grigorishin.
Kolomoyskyy's companies own about 42% in Ukrnafta. The state, represented by Naftogaz, by then owned 50% plus 1 share. Minority shareholders own the other shares. Ukrnafta is Ukraine's largest oil producer.
In Ukrtatnafta, the Dnipropetrovsk oligarch together with his partner Hennadiy Boholyubov own about 60%. Others are in Naftogaz. Ukrtatnafta's key asset is the Kremenchuk oil refinery, which was knocked offline in May by Russian rocket attacks.
Until recently, the owner of Motor Sich was Vyacheslav Boguslayev, who was arrested by the SBU for treason
AvtoKrAZ is part of the Finance and Credit group of fugitive oligarch Konstantin Zhevago. The company manufactures heavy-duty vehicles.
"Zaporizhtransformator is a bankrupt company that produces transformer and reactor equipment. Its owner is Konstantin Grigorishin.
