The owner of PMC Wagner Prigozhin received the star of the hero of the Russian Federation

British intelligence believes that the Russian Federation used the Wagner PMC to strengthen its forward forces and reduce the shortage of personnel due to losses.

This, according to intelligence officers, will aggravate the conflict between the Russian military and Wagner PMCs and may adversely affect the morale of the invaders.
