The first Russian mobilized have already surrendered

The Russians surrender through the project "I want to live."

One example is 26-year-old Mikhail Kulikov from Orsk. He was sent to the front in Ukraine just five days after receiving the summons. Back in Russia, he called the "hot line" of the "I want to live" project and received instructions on how to surrender correctly and safely.

The Coordinating Headquarters hopes that soon there will be more such Russians.
