The Armed Forces of Ukraine told how the mobilization will continue

This was stated by the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman Gorbach, in an interview with the League.

The command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine declares that there are enough people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and all regions have fulfilled the conscription plan by 100 percent or more. And the need for additional staffing of military units, compared with February, decreased tenfold.

Volunteers, of course, also became less, - says the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Gorbach. – Most of those who wanted and were motivated have already gone to defend the state. But, given that the need for additional staffing of units is now less, the number of volunteers we have now is enough.

Now, according to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, recruitment takes place according to the system, when people are recruited to each unit not by quantity but by specialties in demand.

At the same time, the command of the ground forces finds it difficult to answer what they will do if the war drags on, and it will be necessary to change the soldiers who have been defending the Motherland from the first days of a full-scale confrontation.
