Russian occupiers run out of steam near Bakhmut.

The commander of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyy, wrote this on his Telegram.

According to Syrskyy, the occupiers are losing significant forces in the town of Bakhmut, Donetsk Region, and the enemy is exhausted.

The aggressor is not giving up hope to take Bakhmut at any cost, despite losses in manpower and equipment. The main Russian forces in this direction are representatives of the Wagner PMCs. Without sparing anything they are losing significant forces and are running out of steam. Very soon we will use this opportunity, as we did in the past near Kiev, Kharkov, Balakleya and Kupyansk.

The AFU commander said that the Ukrainian military was under continuous fire from enemy artillery and aviation, but was demonstrating "superhuman fortitude, courage and bravery".

Syrskyy also praised the units of the 93rd, 10th, 57th and 5th brigades, which are currently fighting in the east of the country, for their courage and bravery.

It is worth recalling that a few days ago Syrskyy said that the enemy was trying to advance towards the centre of Bakhmut, but Ukrainian defence forces were preventing them from doing so.
