It is known when to expect a change in water tariffs
In March, the NERC plans to include the issue of setting tariffs for centralized water supply and sewerage on its agenda. It is considering setting tariffs in two stages: from 1 April and from 1 July 2023.
This was reported by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities (NKREP).
It is noted that the draft tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized sewerage have been thoroughly reviewed, and their changes meet the requirements of current legislation. In order to contain the financial burden on consumers, and at the same time to ensure their centralised water supply and centralised wastewater disposal services of adequate quality, the Regulator has minimised the costs in the tariff structure.
