Soldiers from North Korea are already in Ukraine: video evidence has emerged

North Korean soldiers are on Russian territory and receiving Russian military uniforms, according to the SPRAVDI Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security.
The Centre released a video showing North Korean military personnel being outfitted in Russian uniforms. The footage, according to the Centre, was obtained recently and refers to the Sergeevsky training range in Russia's Far East.
The incident underscores the possible deepening of military cooperation between Russia and North Korea, which is of concern to the international community.
