One person is now known to have died. Sinegubov notes that according to the information of rescuers, two more dead remain under the rubble.

In total, up to 10 people may be under the rubble. Now the building is engulfed in flames and covered with smoke," Oleg Sinegubov said.

The head of the Investigation Department of the Main Department of Investigation in Kharkiv region Sergiy Bolvinov specified that as a result of the shelling damaged an eight-storey building and a production shop in Kholodnogorsky district.

The fire covered more than 1000 square metres. An ordinary printing house, a workshop for the production of furniture and paint and varnish products," the report said.
