Russian occupants create their own territorial defense in Kherson

The so-called "administration" of Russian-occupied Kherson announced the formation of the territorial defense of the city.
In these territories, all men who have not left the occupied city are offered to join the units of the territorial defense of Kherson.

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, says that the Russian military does not run away from Kherson. On the contrary, new units are being brought there and preparing the streets of the city for battles.
Budanov considers reports of evacuation from Kherson to be an information operation and manipulation.
