Russian troops used double-strike tactics while medics, rescue workers and police arrived at the scene of the missiles hitting an apartment block.

Rockets hit a five-storey residential building, a shop, which is located in a three-storey building, and a sewing shop, - said Timoshko.

Kharkiv residents heard at least five explosions. Russian troops struck with S-300 missiles.

The head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov said that the enemy again used the tactic of a double strike while medics, rescuers and law enforcers were already working at the site.

According to preliminary data, the occupiers hit with S-300 missiles in the Novobavarskiy district of Kharkiv. All hits are exclusively civilian infrastructure," Sinegubov said.

The mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov said that among the wounded there is an emergency medic, the vehicle "ambulance" was damaged.
