Russian troops used double-strike tactics while medics, rescue workers and police arrived at the scene of the missiles hitting an apartment block.
Three people were killed and 23 injured, including two children, during a missile attack by Russian troops on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv. This was reported by the head of Kharkiv police Vladimir Timoshko for Suspilne Kharkiv.
Rockets hit a five-storey residential building, a shop, which is located in a three-storey building, and a sewing shop, - said Timoshko.
Three people were killed and 23 were wounded. A boy and a 12-year-old girl are among the wounded. Among the dead is the guard of the sewing shop, who was outside at the time of the impact.
Kharkiv residents heard at least five explosions. Russian troops struck with S-300 missiles.
The head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov said that the enemy again used the tactic of a double strike while medics, rescuers and law enforcers were already working at the site.
According to preliminary data, the occupiers hit with S-300 missiles in the Novobavarskiy district of Kharkiv. All hits are exclusively civilian infrastructure," Sinegubov said.
The mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov said that among the wounded there is an emergency medic, the vehicle "ambulance" was damaged.

Earlier Socialportal reported that the Russian Federation about 16 struck a construction hypermarket in Kharkiv. There were about 200 people in the shop at the time of the strike. It is known about two dead and 24 wounded.
