Russian woman who urged military husband to rape Ukrainian women put on international wanted list
According to the SBU, after the start of the full-scale invasion, a Russian citizen called for the rape of Ukrainian women in the temporarily seized areas of Kherson Region.
The Security Service of Ukraine has said:
The Security Service has collected irrefutable evidence regarding the wife of a Russian invader who encouraged him to commit violence against civilians in Ukraine. The intruder turned out to be Russian citizen Olga Bykovskaya, who lives in occupied Crimea.
As a result of investigative and operational actions, the Security Service intercepted the phone conversation and documented the crime.
The SBU also noted:
With the offer to rape Ukrainian women figure turned to her husband, who was a member of the occupation group of the Russian Federation on the territory of the southern region.
Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators informed the perpetrator of suspicion under Part 1 Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The suspect was put on a national and international wanted list.
