The Cabinet of Ministers has envisaged bonuses for those working near the frontline
The Cabinet of Ministers has stipulated the payment of allowances for the period of martial law to employees of state-financed organisations located in the territories of active and possible hostilities.
This is reported by the Telegram channel Trudovik UA.
According to the resolution of the CMU from 25.08.2023 № 928, for the period of martial law, employees of institutions, establishments and organizations financed from the state budget are paid a monthly allowance for work with special working conditions for the time worked:
- in territories of active hostilities - in the maximum amount of 100 per cent of the official salary;
- in territories of possible hostilities, a maximum of 50 per cent of the official salary.
Employees providing social services in the communal sector in the territories where hostilities are (were) conducted are promised a bonus of up to 100 per cent of their salary.
The exact amount of bonuses will be agreed with trade unions. The personal list of employees who will receive the allowance will be determined by the head alone.
The draft decree submitted for approval by the Trade Union Council of Trade Unions provided for agreement of the list of employees with trade unions.
