Victims of industrial accidents are entitled to average wage payments
In Ukraine, temporary disability allowance is provided for the injured person at work. It is paid at 100% of the average wage (taxable income).
The Pension Fund of Donetsk region has reminded us about this.
It is noted that the first 17 days of disability must be paid by the employer, and from the 18th day - by the Pension Fund on the basis of the application-calculation submitted by the employer.
In order to receive this aid, the injured party must have:
- a certificate of incapacity for work issued in accordance with the established procedure;
- a certificate of investigation of a work-related accident or an investigation protocol for a chronic illness (intoxication) in accordance with the prescribed forms.
