He noted that the receipt of benefits by Ukrainians - evaders should be restricted throughout Europe. Sikorski believes that if they are denied benefits in one country, they can go to another European country.
At the same time, he added that it is up to Ukraine to decide what to do with Ukrainian conscripts abroad.
We would like to point out that Ukraine has called on all military conscripts of conscription age to update their data in the TCK. This also applies to those who are abroad. According to these requirements, Kiev has restricted the issuance of documents abroad without presenting documents on updating data from the TCC. It is possible to do this only on the territory of Ukraine. However, the country is under martial law and many military conscripts will not be able to travel back to the EU after updating their data.
