The drone went down because it ran out of fuel.
This was reported by Russian media.
According to reports by residents of the Moscow Region and Russian journalists, a drone containing 17 kg of explosives was found in the Moscow Region. Immediately, without proper forensics, local authorities said the drone was Ukrainian-made.
The apparatus fell in a wooded area near Noginsk. It was found by a local resident.
Russian media say it was a Ukrainian-made UJ-22 Airborn drone, 3.5 metres long. Presumably, it ran out of fuel. About 30 briquettes of 570 grams with an explosive substance inside were allegedly found inside the drone.
The UAV was also loaded with C-4 charges.
