Damaged houses fall - mayor of temporarily occupied Severodonetsk talks about situation in city
In Russian-occupied Severodonetsk, Luhansk Region, previously damaged houses have started falling down.
The head of the Severodonetsk city military administration, Oleksandr Struk, said this.
Spring shows that the consequences of the destruction the city experienced during its storming by the Orcs are getting deeper, as no measures have been taken for reconstruction, especially of the housing stock, for a long time. Houses are being destroyed by the entrances. They are falling down because of snow, water, temperature fluctuations. This is especially true of panel houses," Struk said.
In addition, utilities have disappeared in the city, even where they used to be. Residents have to survive in even worse conditions than in winter.
Collaborators from Rubizhne and Kreminna are being lodged in the flats that have survived and are not badly repaired," adds the head of the city administration.
According to him, about 10 thousand citizens remain in Severodonetsk, while the Russian military and officials number up to 15 thousand.
