Occupied Mariupol flooded with sewage waste
Sewer pipe bursts and leaks are now commonplace
Such are the consequences of "repairs" by the invaders," the Mariupol city council's Telegram channel reported.
Residents of the occupied city complain about Russian builders who have been laying a sewerage system along Semenenko Street for six months. As a result, the houses are still not connected to the "new" system, and there is constant waste in the street.
They destroyed everything! The old sewerage system, the drain, the pavements, the transport stop, the carriageway, even in front of the new house on Semenenko Street, everything that was done has been ruined," people complain.
Residents report that in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol communal workers regularly updated outdated networks and promptly responded to emergencies. People are outraged by statements as if nothing was done in the city before the Russians came.
Everything worked, but what they have built does not work at all," people state.
Only in 2021 Mariupolvodokanal replaced 40 kilometres of pipes. For a year and a half of occupation the invaders have achieved only constant leaks and accidents.
Earlier Socialportal reported that Mariupol residents are bursting patience. Residents of the occupied city are waiting for de-occupation and recently set fire to the Ukrainian House.
