Occupiers shell Toretsk and Bakhmut: one killed and four wounded
The occupiers used barrel artillery to fire at them.
The Donetsk regional prosecutor's office said:
According to the investigation, on 25 January 2023, the Russian Armed Forces once again struck Toretsk, Bakhmut and Bakhmut district with barrel artillery. Enemy shells hit residential buildings.
A 44-year-old man was killed by the Kafirs, and four more people - including a 76-year-old mother and her 50-year-old son - sustained shrapnel wounds.
Private houses, outbuildings and other facilities were damaged.
Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, pre-trial investigations are under way in criminal proceedings for violations of laws and customs of war (Article 438(1) and (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
