Occupiers refuse to hand over bodies of murdered teenagers in Berdyansk to parents

This was reported by the head of the Berdyansk city military administration, Viktoriya Halitsina, to Suspilniy Zaporizhzhya.

It is known that one of the victims, Tigran Oganesyan, had been held captive by the occupiers for almost a year. He was kidnapped from his home and tortured with electric shocks. The second boy was Nikita Khanganov, who was accused of terrorism.

The teenagers were known to have been involved in a guerrilla movement that carried out sabotage against the occupants. They were also accused of killing a Russian policeman and another collaborator.

Human Rights Ombudsman Dmitriy Lubinets later confirmed the killing of the teenagers. He added that the children and their families had been harassed by the Russians before being killed.
