The chief of the guard of the fire station and the dog Major's kinologist told what has changed in a year in the fire station, where the dog Major lives.
The story was published by the press service of the State Emergency Service Department in Odessa region.
Our dog has grown up a bit, learned to absolutely perform all the basic commands, helps rescuers to stabilise after difficult calls, pleases kids - his regular guests and of course, has become an integral part of a large family of Odessa firefighters - said in the State Emergency Service.
Rescuers began to teach Major to look for people, so that in the future he will become a real rescue dog, which will save more than one life.
But for this purpose it is necessary to always control him and unnecessarily do not "play" and do not give "treats", because then Major is completely lazy, and rescuers strive for the best.
