Number of children still in Avdiivka named

There are still four children in Avdyivka, Donetsk region, at the front line. The whereabouts of two children are known and they will be evacuated soon. They are planned to be evacuated under the decision on the forced evacuation of minors from particularly dangerous settlements in Donetsk Region. Two more are being searched for. Vitaliy Barabash, chairman of the Avdiyivka city military-civil administration, shared this information during a national telethon.

He noted that parents often hide their children and do not allow them to go outside so that no one sees their presence.

A decision has been taken on 20 communities in the Donetsk region to forcibly evacuate them. Yesterday a commission of TEC and emergency situations was held locally, from Monday there will be a forced evacuation in Avdeevka as well," Barabash said.

According to the Head of VGA, the children, whose location is known, will be evacuated, while the rest will continue to be looked for.

Barabash assured that every child will be evacuated from Avdiivka in the coming days.
