People were blown up on a Russian mine on the beach of the Kherson region
Russian troops mined the beaches near Skadovsk.
The Russian invaders mined the beaches in the resort villages near Skadovsk, Kherson region. On one of these mines in the village of Lazurnoe, three people died by exploding. This was reported by the prosecutor's office of the Kherson region.
According to the investigation, servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation planted mines along the Black Sea coast in the village of Lazurnoe.
On June 3, three people, while on the beach near the boarding house "Sail", exploded on a mine.
All of them died on the spot.
The prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, associated with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Law enforcement officers draw the attention of citizens to the fact that the invaders are mining forests, beaches and other areas of Kherson. A significant part of the explosive objects used by the enemy are those whose use is prohibited by international conventions. In particular, these are ammunition that have the principles of self-destruction, as well as those used in remote mining and pose a very great threat to the life of the population. The enemy also sets up unguided minefields on the territory of settlements, leaves behind stretch marks, explosive objects in household items.
