More than 200 servicemen and civilians were returned from Russian captivity
Today, 3 January, 230 people have been returned from Russian captivity.
This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to him, in Ukraine managed to return civilians, as well as servicemen of the AFU, National Guard, Navy, GNSU.

The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War (CHPTW) noted that there were six civilians in the group of citizens who returned from captivity.
230 defenders are returning home. Among them representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - 130 (among them TRO - 14, Navy - 14), the National Guard - 55, the State Border Service - 38, the National Police - 1 and six civilians illegally deprived of liberty, - said in the message.
Among the returned 182 people who had the official status of prisoner of war and 48 people who were considered missing and had the status of search person. Most of those released are men - 225 people, while another five are women.
Human rights ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets added that this was the 49th prisoner exchange since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. A total of 2,828 defenders were returned to Ukraine.
According to him, after their return, the defenders will undergo medical examination, rehabilitation and assistance with restoring their documents.
