Lukashenko takes entire family to Turkey - media
Lukashenko has urgently left the country amid a Ukrainian counter-offensive and revolt in Russia.
Lukashenka took his entire family to Bodrum in Turkey. This was reported by the Belarusian media. The plane landed in the south at five in the morning.
The government plane Canadair CL-600-2B19 Challenger 850 with number EW-301PJ flew from Minsk to Turkey at night, and as you can see from radarbox.com service, the route of the board was unusual.
The aircraft tried to avoid the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions of Russia, flew over the Caspian Sea and then made its way through Georgia to the Turkish resort.
It appears to have deliberately bypassed the insurgency-ridden regions of the Russian Federation. The plane took off from Minsk at 00:01 MSK on 24 June and landed at the Turkish Mediterranean coast in Bodrum at 05:15 TRT.
The plane is often used by Lukashenko's relatives, but whether he himself was on board is unknown.
