The head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kirill Budanov, promised a significant advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine before the end of the year.
In an interview with The Observer, he said :
At the end of spring this should all be over. Everything should be over by summer.
He added that Ukraine would first reach the 1991 border.
Budanov believes that Moscow will pay us reparations:
Certain regions will detach from Russia. This is all waiting for them, this will lead to the shift of a certain economic center of the Russian Federation to our territory ... That is, there are a lot of steps.
The head of intelligence also believes Kherson could be next:
