Kyiv: In areas with no light, residents will be alerted to the alarm via loudspeaker

Kyiv residents are asked to be alert to such alerts.
This is reported by the Municipal Security Department of the Kyiv City State Administration.
In areas where there is no power supply, the air-raid alarms will be notified by means of mechanical warning signals. In particular, by means of loudspeakers from patrol teams of the National Police and the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv.
Kyiv residents were urged to pay attention to such alerts, and if necessary, go to shelter.
It is worth recalling that yesterday, 23 November, Russia carried out a massive rocket attack across Ukraine. Kyiv was practically completely without power and water supply.
The anti-aircraft defence forces shot down 51 enemy cruise missiles and five kamikaze drones during the previous day.
