Kiev region attacked by missiles and UAVs, a fire broke out at an industrial facility

The falling debris of downed missiles caused damage to facilities in two districts of the Kiev region.

Russian troops attacked Kiev Region with missiles and UAVs at night on 12 June. A fire broke out at an industrial facility, one person was injured. This was reported by the head of the Kiev regional armoured military unit, Ruslan Kravchenko.

This night the enemy attacked the region with missiles and UAVs. The alert lasted almost two hours. Air defence forces were actively working in the region," Kravchenko said.

No hits on residential or critical infrastructure were recorded.

As a result of falling debris, one person received a cut wound to the leg. Medical assistance was rendered to him on the spot. The victim refused hospitalisation.

Due to the fall of debris damage to a number of objects was recorded in two districts of Kyiv region.

In one of the districts there was a fire at an industrial facility. Fire and rescue units of Kyiv region, the city of Kyiv, Ukrzaliznytsya were involved in the liquidation of the fire. In total, more than 105 people and 30 units of equipment were involved.

A private house, a petrol station and a garage were also damaged due to falling debris.

In another district of the region, a warehouse caught fire. All services are working on the ground, eliminating and fixing the consequences of the attack.

Earlier Socialportal reported that in Kharkiv about an hour lasted the operation to rescue a man who was under the rubble of the house as a result of airstrikes of the Russian troops.
