Journalist Andriy Kovalskyy has revealed details of the destruction of his flat in a Kyiv building as a result of a night drone attack on 22 December. This is reported by UNIAN.
TV presenter Andriy Kovalsky said that at the moment of impact his wife Tatiana managed to bounce from the window, having heard the sound of the drone's engine.
A fire started, the smoke was terrible. My wife and I managed to put out the fire. If we hadn't put it out, it could have been much worse," he said.
On the night of 22 December, the Russian occupiers attacked the capital of Ukraine with drones, air defence worked. There are damaged houses in a number of neighbourhoods as a result of falling drone debris.
