Ukrainians are still in the state of February 24th. Of course, that day changed all of us, and also forced us to get used to a new reality and habits.
Then it seemed that life was over, but it continues. And if you dream of a slim figure, if you want to restore your body after stress and take care of your health, this text is for you.
The most difficult thing in a new life is the lack of time to take care of yourself. First you think about housing, then about money, food, and you get stuck in this triangle. Stress makes us eat more and forget about the rituals and good habits that we had before the war.
Nevertheless, the average Ukrainian woman gained +3-5 kg of extra weight during the war and forgot about her own desires. Meanwhile, psychologists say that the lack of concern for oneself and one's own desires leads to 100% depression. Therefore, if you dream of starting life from scratch, I will give some advice.
First, you should draw up a plan of action. Sit down with a piece of paper or a phone and clearly write down what you need in order to improve your well-being and start your life.
Second, take care of your meal plan. Namely: write down the number of members of your family, the dishes that you would like to cook for yourself and treat your loved ones, and after that make a list of products.
Third, do not go to the store hungry. If there is not enough time for a full meal, have a snack. And after that, go grocery shopping. But don't forget the grocery list. To save your time and money. In the store, try to choose fruits and vegetables in different colors to play with your dishes and on your table. Don't forget greenery. without it, your intestines will not be healthy.
The fourth point is very important. This is a meal plan. Remember how you ate in kindergarten or camp. Here is something similar. Schedule your meals at the same time. To be able to distinguish real hunger from the body's reaction to stress and compulsive overeating.
Fifth, check your physical activity. To do this is quite simple. All you have to do is download an application on your smartphone that will do this. If you find it difficult to move to a full workout, start walking a lot. Like a crazy postman. 12-15 thousand steps during the day can deprive you of 2 extra pounds once.
Also, take a look at the apartment you currently live in. What's not to like? Change it. Go to the store and buy some decor that will make you feel comfortable. Which will make you happy to come home and cook a delicious dinner. Pay special attention to the kitchen. Since we spend more time in this room, we should like it. And remember that we won.
