Russian shelling severely damages infrastructure in two Ukrainian regions

This was announced by Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.

According to the Energy Ministry, power grids in Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions have been damaged.

On the evening of 30 April and on the night of 1 May, the enemy launched another massive strike against Ukraine. No damage to power-generating facilities was recorded. However, there is significant damage to distribution networks. As a consequence, some consumers in Dnipro and the region were de-energised. The situation with electricity supply in Kherson region is also complicated - more than 11 thousand customers in Kherson city and 7.1 thousand customers in the region are de-energized because of shelling.

It may take several days to eliminate all the consequences.
