Russians in Volchansk, Kharkiv Region, shot a man and dumped his body in the street. The murdered man was found by a Ukrainian drone that was conducting reconnaissance over the captured part of the city. This is reported by the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor's office, noting that the crime was reported by journalist Andrey Tsaplienko in Telegram.

Russian occupiers killed a man with a wheelchair disability in Volchansk, - stated in the message.

The journalist said that the body of the deceased was discovered by aerial reconnaissance officers while monitoring the airspace of Volchansk with the help of a drone.

Law enforcers believe that the man in a wheelchair was trying to leave the medical facility, and the Russians saw him, shot him and threw him in a cart in the middle of a broken street.

Prosecutors of the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor's office entered information into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations on the fact of violation of laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder, - stated in the message.

It is known that the Russians who have seized part of Volchansk are terrorising local residents who did not have time to evacuate. they are not allowed to leave and some of them are driven into basements. There are reports of kidnapping, hostage-taking and shootings.

At the same time, the head of the Interior Ministry, Igor Klimenko, said in his Telegram channel that evacuation teams continue to work in the city, and the authorities are urging citizens to leave the city.

Russian troops have recently launched their offensive in the north of Kharkiv region and are trying to capture Volchansk. But Ukrainian soldiers are fighting back.
