In Poltava, the building of the regional TCC and SP was under attack
On the morning of 3 July Poltava was attacked: the military enlistment office could be under attack.
On Wednesday morning, 3 July, Poltava was under massive air attack. At about 8:04, an air alert was announced in the region, and an hour later - at 9:04 - the cancellation was sounded. This was reported by the head of the Poltava regional military administration Vladimir Kogut.
Between these reports, he confirmed the fact of the strike on the city:
In the Poltava community were heard the sounds of an explosion. We clarify the information. Do not neglect safety, until the air alert is cancelled, stay in shelters, - wrote Kogut.
Local sources, in particular the TV channel "We Poltava", said that one of the targets of the Russian strike could be the building of the regional territorial centre for recruitment and social support (TCC and SP), i.e. the military recruitment office. Shortly afterwards, footage from the scene appeared online.
At the moment, there is no official information about the destruction or casualties. The authorities continue to check.
We will remind, Russian troops regularly attack Ukrainian cities from the air, using kamikaze drones, missiles, guided bombs and multiple launch rocket systems.
