Montenegrin police liquidated a 34-year-old shooter in the city of Cetinje.
The official statement clarifies that after a family quarrel, the man went out into the street and began to randomly shoot at passers-by. It is reported by RTCG.
Police said 4 children were among the victims.
Eyewitnesses reported that one policeman was also injured.
The police eliminated the shooter. The area where the shooting took place has been cordoned off.
