In Kherson, patrol officers provided pre-medical assistance to a man who was injured during Russian shelling.
At noon on 31 October, an explosion occurred in Kherson. Without wasting time, patrol inspectors rushed to help. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Arriving at the scene, police officers Ivan Sinev and Dmitry Kuzmenko found the injured citizen, - stated in the message.
Patrolmen provided pre-medical assistance and controlled the condition of the man until the arrival of medics.
