GUR showed footage of special operation in the Black Sea

The Defence Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate said the footage depicted:

• the path of special forces scouts by stormy water area on rubber boats;
• the clearing of facilities and dismantling of intelligence equipment of the aggressor state;
• encountering enemy aircraft;
• evacuation of "Conan" - a warrior who was stranded overboard and spent 14 hours on the high seas.

This is all part of the special operation of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's GURU to establish control over the Boyko Vyshkas.

"Boyko Vyshki" - gas and oil drilling platforms off the coast of Crimea in the Black Sea, which was occupied by the Russians in 2015. From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, the invaders used it for military purposes. In particular, as helipads and placed radar facilities.

A unique operation to establish control over "Vyshki Boyko" was carried out by the forces of units of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's GSD, in particular, the drilling platforms "Petro Godovalets" and "Ukraine", as well as SPBU "Tavrida" and SPBU "Sivash" were brought back under control," the report said.

The GSD noted that during the operation there was a collision between Ukrainian special forces on boats and a Russian Su-30 fighter jet. The Russian aircraft was hit and was forced to retreat.

Also during the special operation, they managed to seize a stockpile of helicopter munitions of the NAR type (unguided aerial missiles), as well as the Nevu radar, which can track the movement of ships in the Black Sea.
