US citizens urged by the embassy to leave Belarus immediately

The USA urged its citizens to urgently leave Belarus. The reason for this is the closure of two border crossings by Lithuania.
This was reported by the US Embassy in Belarus.
On 18 August, the Lithuanian government closed two border crossings with Belarus in Tveresius/Vidzy and Sumskas/Loša.
Four border crossings Lavoriškės/Kotlova, Miadininkai/Kamenny, Raigardas/Privalka, and Šalčininkai/Beniakoni are currently open.
The governments of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia said that further closure of border crossings with Belarus is possible.
Actions U.S. citizens should take:
