This partnership poses a threat not only to Ukraine but also to Iran's neighbours in the region.
It is worth noting that Iran does not stop trying to deny cooperation with Russia and denies supplying its drones to Russia. At the same time, Western intelligence agencies claim that Russia has already made a deal with Iran for the supply of ballistic missiles.
