The head of the Luhansk Regional Administrative District told how the liberation of the region is going on
Not a single settlement is given to the AFU easily, because the enemy has had time to prepare.
The head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhiy Haidai, said this.
Gaidai stated:
The occupants have had time to dig in. They are constantly being supplied with mobilized men. Yes, they are not military. They are poorly trained. But if they have weapons in their hands, they shoot and kill. There are casualties. So we must not forget the cost of liberating the territories. There is good news. Maybe not as fast as we would like, but by 500 meters our troops are advancing every day.
Sergei Gaidai also stressed that the directions to Svatove and Kreminna are the hardest parts of the front in the Luhansk region.
The head of the Luhansk OVA, described what our defenders have to deal with on a daily basis:
There are 100-180-200 arrivals per hour in one particular section of the front. That is thousands of arrivals per day. A lot of shells, mines, rockets unexploded, a lot of very mined remotely. Even no one has a normal mine map.
Sergei Gaidai added that we will soon hear good news from the General Staff.
