General Staff: Occupiers threaten pensioners over refusal to issue Russian passports

The enemy continues the forced Russian passportization of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Region.

An evening briefing from the AFU General Staff reported:

The enemy continues the forced Russian passportization of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. In particular, the Russian occupation so-called authorities in Skadovsk and Kalanchak, threatening to confiscate personal property, force them to accelerate the process of obtaining Russian passports and re-register business movable and immovable property under Russian law. The General Staff also reports that in the Kherson direction enemy artillery fire hit Kherson as well as areas of more than 30 settlements, including Zmievka, Berislav, Veseloye, Burgunka, Ivanovka, Inzhenernoye, Kherson, Belozerk, Dnieprovskoye, Beregovo and Ogromnoye in the Kherson region.

The General Staff noted:

also, to form a negative attitude towards the Defence Forces of Ukraine, the occupiers continue shelling civilian facilities in certain settlements in the Kakhovka and Holopristan districts of the Kherson region.
