For Ukrainians, they made a discount on renting European housing

Accommodation must be booked no earlier than three days before arrival.

Internet service Booking.com, which specializes in rental accommodation around the world, in partnership with a number of European hotels announced the provision of a 50% discount on booking accommodation for Ukrainian refugees. This is reported on the website of the service.

Together with partners - owners of accommodation facilities - we provide the opportunity for free accommodation or booking with significant discounts for people who were forced to leave Ukraine. We offer discounts from 50% or completely free accommodation (excluding taxes and fees).

To take advantage of the discount, you must book your accommodation three days prior to arrival.

In some cases, visitors may be required to pay a tourist tax.

A special rate for Ukrainians is available in participating accommodation options in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Moldova, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria.

Since the beginning of the military invasion of Russia, 3.9 million people have left the territory of Ukraine. This was stated by UN Assistant Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs Joyce Msuya at a meeting of the UN Security Council on March 29.
