Ukraine is testing new missile weapons as part of the Ukrainian President's missile programme.
The video of the test on Thursday, 31 August, was published by the secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, Oleksiy Danilov.
The missile launch was carried out at night. Danilov said that the tests took place within the framework of the missile programme of the Ukrainian president.
The tests are successful, the application is effective, - wrote Danilov.
The NSDC secretary signed the video with a quote from the song "There Beyond the Mists" by the Russian band Lyube: "Sevastopol is waiting, Kamchatka is waiting, Kronstadt is waiting...".
