White House: Russia's army still has the same problems as a year ago

Kirby believes that Russia still has the same unresolved problems that it had at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Also a problem is the frequent change of military leadership by dictator Putin.

Most likely, these problems will continue to cause Russia to lose huge numbers of its soldiers in battles with the Ukrainians.
