In the area of Novodanilovka locality of Zaporizhzhya region, the Russian military twice fired munitions with presumably chloropicrin over the past 24 hours.

This was reported by the commander of the operational-strategic grouping of troops "Tavria", Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavskyy.

He stressed that the enemy, in violation of all conventions, continues to use chemical munitions.

Over the past 24 hours the enemy in the area of Novodanilovka made 2 artillery attacks from MLRS with munitions containing chemical substance (presumably chloropicrin). As a result of this shelling, people were not injured," Tarnavskyy said.

The brigadier general emphasised that "the Russians are trying to do everything to stop our movement. But they will not succeed."
