Another world-famous hotel chain leaves the Russian market

The IHG group of companies, which also includes Holiday Inn and InterContinental hotels, has announced that it is terminating its activities in Russia.

This is reported by the publication NV.Business with reference to the company's statement.

We are currently in the process of terminating all operations in Russia in line with the changing UK, US and EU sanctions regimes, as well as ever-increasing work challenges,” the company said in a statement.

Earlier, in the spring, the company had already announced the suspension of investments in Russia.
