The assault of the Russians smothered on the approach to the Ukrainian positions. Armoured vehicles were covered and damaged by artillery, after which disoriented enemy infantrymen hid in cover.
A 128 OGSHBr assault team moved in to mop up the grey zone. After several accurate machine-gun bursts, the surviving enemy made the only correct decision - to surrender. The surrender process was recorded on video," the soldiers said.
Among the captives were several former prisoners, several Dagestanis and one resident of St Petersburg. All of them are military men of the 71st Motorised Rifle Regiment of the Russian Army.
