Instructions:
- Rinse the jackfruit and drain, then break it into pieces for a chopped texture.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the jackfruit with the barbecue sauce for about 5-10 minutes, until well cooked.
- Place a layer of BBQ jackfruit on a tortilla.
- Place the chopped red cabbage, chopped carrots and chopped cilantro on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up tightly so that all the ingredients are inside.
- Slice in half and serve.
