The critical infrastructure is connected to the power supply first, then the users

This was reported by the deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

As of now, Odessa, Zaporizhzhya, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Volyn, Kiev, Rivne, Cherkasy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Vinnytsya regions, as well as Kiev have already been connected to electricity.

Critical infrastructure is connected to power first, then users.

In Kiev, 25% of consumers are currently without power supply.

After the massive Russian shelling of Ukraine's infrastructure on 23 November, most of the country's regions were left without power supply.
